Q4 2023 Directors Awards Announced!

Our Director’s Award Programme is designed to acknowledge and commend the exceptional contributions of team members who consistently surpass client expectations, in line with our firm’s smart modern law ethos.
Each quarter, our staff have the opportunity to nominate their peers for consideration for this esteemed corporate award. This process differs from our Legal Director’s Award, which rely on testimonials from review platforms and direct client feedback meticulously collected by our award-winning client care team. Helen Lobozzo, Partner and Head of Client Care and Adrian Jaggard, CEO, carefully deliberate on the final decisions for both award categories.
Helen has expressed her enthusiasm, describing the program as a genuine pleasure that enables the celebration and recognition of staff commitment across the firm. The program provides a meaningful platform for staff to highlight their achievements, serving as a source of motivation and fostering unity among colleagues.
As a highly anticipated event each quarter, the program involves receiving client feedback and considering nominations, revealing the tremendous effort many colleagues invest in delivering exceptional client service.

- Corporate Champion – Abigail Blackwell
Subarna, Solicitor in our Bexleyheath office has been recognised for her exceptional performance in facilitating a purchase on behalf of the buyer. Despite the complexities involved, the transaction was successfully completed in less than two months, a testament to Subarna’s remarkable efficiency and professionalism.
She consistently maintained open lines of communication, promptly responding to calls, emails, and instructions. Her dedication and pleasant demeanour made the entire process a smooth and positive experience. Subarna’s exemplary service has earned her well-deserved recognition and appreciation.
Abigail, Key Account Executive in our New Business team based in our Peterborough office was awarded with the Corporate Champion Award in recognition of her exceptional contributions to a panel, notably for her management of substantial workload.
Abigail’s contributions have been instrumental in facilitating job opportunities for her colleagues through her new business approach. Personnel who have benefited from Abigail’s assistance have experienced a significant increase in their workload. Her unwavering commitment and effectiveness have boosted productivity, underscoring her exceptional dedication to the firm’s success.
