I applied to McMillan Williams Solicitors because it means being part of a firm that believes and invests in the potential of their employees, and goes the extra mile to provide diverse training and development opportunities for its staff in order to provide a high quality service.

As MW Solicitors are one of the fastest growing law firms in the country and have proven success with their approach to in-house training, I could not be more excited to join the team and grow with the firm.

I was also drawn to the firm for their genuine sense of corporate social responsibility not only to make quality legal services accessible to everyone, but to also better improve local communities and promote involvement with charities.

I intend to fully utilise my previous work experience in this paralegal role and I look forward to drawing upon the Criminal Defence team’s wealth of knowledge and expertise in order to build upon my skills and progress within MW Solicitors as a qualified lawyer.
