I applied to McMillan Williams due to the firm’s excellent reputation as being one of the largest solicitor firms in the South of England. In particular, I found the firm’s mission to provide accessible, affordable, inclusive, innovative and personal legal services to everyone highly appealing.
The firm is committed in providing continuous support to its employees, and its diverse training program makes McMillan Williams very unique. Such opportunities will allow me to develop a wide range of skills and help me progress further in my legal career.
I started my career at McMillan Williams in 2018 and I began my training contract in September 2019. I have been working in the Residential Property department and I have had the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities, such as working on sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. I have received excellent support and supervision throughout my training and I hope to qualify as a solicitor with McMillan Williams.
