I applied to McMillan Williams as they are recognised as an expanding, adaptable and progressive firm that encompasses the ethos of a city firm with the accessibility of a local one.  Furthermore, the support and diverse training program offered by the firm provides an excellent beginning and ability to progress my legal career in the best way possible.

As a member of the Conveyancing Department, I hope to be able to develop the legal skills I gained during my time working for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

I was involved in Pro Bono work at the Citizens Advice Bureau as an Assessor and Adviser as well as an Adviceline Team Leader. I was also involved in Pro Bono at Toynbee Hall.  I gained a lot of experience from this which I can apply in the legal sector.

I look to gain experience across a number of different areas in particular Conveyancing, Employment, Family Law and Private Client.

I am looking forward to enhancing my knowledge and continuing my professional development with McMillan Williams.

What My Clients Say About Me

"A big thank you to Sonam Khan at MW Mitcham, very helpful and professional, giving me solutions of auction possibilities when a buyer situation fell away, after an extremely long selling process. Helpful, efficient, friendly, resourceful." - Mr I (Dec 2017)
