Profile

I am a Solicitor practicing in crime and extradition.I regularly attend both the Magistrates’ Court and the Police Station to represent clients, often assisting both young and vulnerable clients in this regard.

I have experience in both advising clients at the police station and in preparing trials for serious offences including homicide, violence and sexual offences.

In extradition, I have acted for a range of requested persons who have been arrested under both Part 1 and Part 2 warrants. I am passionate about protecting the human rights of requested persons and have had particular success in challenging extradition on the basis of the requested person’s family life in the UK, notwithstanding that they have been found to be a fugitive from justice.
