McMillan Williams Solicitors
I studied Law at University of Kent and completed the Legal Practitioners Course at the University of Law. I joined McMillan Williams Solicitors in 2013 as a Paralegal.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 in Residential Conveyancing. My caseload covers a wide range of transactions including remortgages, sales, purchases and transfers of equity.
I have been based in the Reigate office for the past 18 months and so I have built a rapport with many clients and agents.
I pride myself in having an approachable attitude and I am prepared to go the extra mile for the client when I can.
I recently completed on a number of plot sales when representing a developer. The majority of the transactions completed on or around the same date and therefore I was required to maintain a level of professionalism and enthusiasm when speaking to all parties involved in the various transaction.
Having recently being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors is by far the biggest achievement for me. I am excited as to the opportunities available to me whilst being a member of the Reigate Conveyancing Team.
Work in the Community / Pro Bono work
I have previously volunteered at a local Youth Club in the evenings to encourage young children to engage in physical activities such as football, cooking and painting to develop their social skills.
"Stephanie has been a great help in dealing with the sale of my late uncle’s property. She has been prompt with her responses and I feel she has gone over and above what has been asked of a solicitor to make the process go so smoothly. Thank you ever so much." - Mr G (March 2018)
"Stephanie and Mandy have been amazing throughout the process of selling and buying our new house. They always got back to us if we had any questions in a timely manner and always kept us updated. They are an amazing team and would recommend them to anyone selling and/or buying a house. Couldn't have asked for a better service and thank you for everything. " - Mr and Mrs F (March 2018)
