I am an experienced member of the Property Law team and work closely alongside Head of Property Law (Coulsdon), Steve Raffield.

My career with McMillan Williams Solicitors started in Streatham and I have worked in several of the South East offices, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and estate agents alike.

I have a strong local knowledge and have lived in the community for many years.

With 20 years of solid experience behind me, I have extensive knowledge of property markets throughout our expanding network of offices.

I also help to train and mentor our team of trainee solicitors to ensure each of them is exposed to the very best practices from an early stage.

What My Clients Say About Me

"All of the staff at Macmillan Williams were extremely helpful, professional and polite. From the initial conveyancing meeting with Sue Dark, legal jargon was broken down into understandable terms with comprehensive sale and purchasing documents being provided." - MF (Oct 2019)
"Sue worked extremely hard on my case. We only had a week after the holidays to complete on the property and Sue and her team were excellent! It was a nail biting experience but in the end managed to complete on the day minutes before COP. She was amazing! She communicated, chased, was patient and saved me incurring extra charges should I have failed to complete. I will definitely use MW again and will highly recommend. Thank you once again." - C (Jan 2019)
"Sue was absolutely amazing through out the sale of my existing property & the purchase of my new one. She went above & beyond my expectations. She also took away a lot of the stress involved." - Mrs G (April 2018)
"We have previously used MW. Sue Dark has been professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. Due to this we have recommend ed MW to friends and family who have used your services.  This also extends to the rest of the team at MW Mitcham.  Thank you for your services" - Mr & Mrs S (July 2017)
