Head of ICT Business Analysis & Training
Career Achievements: I joined McMillan Williams as an office Junior in 2005 and worked in a range of departments supporting fee earners in a variety roles.
I became a Liaison Secretary, coordinating the work of the Family Practice working directly for the Head of the Family Department and managing the support staff in Thornton Heath. Having gained a deep understanding of the business and fee earner practices over the last decade, I was promoted into the IT department as an ICT Analyst, Trainer and Administrator.
Currently I am assisting the Chief Information Officer in various projects to improve our ICT Systems. My key priorities are to scope requirements from Heads of Department, Fee Earners and other staff in order to develop appropriate ICT applications within our practice management system; mapping out improved workflows and processes to be built by our in-house developers. I will then ensure these are tested thoroughly before rolling out to all members of staff.
I am also responsible for overseeing the training of all our staff on the proper and effective use of our ICT systems, including new staff inductions and refresher training.
