Chartered Legal Executive - Leasehold Enfranchisement
Downs Solicitors LLP
I am a specialist leasehold enfranchisement lawyer dealing with all aspects of enfranchisement work when acting for and advising both landlords and tenants in relation to lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims both under statute (the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967) and lease extensions under informal voluntary arrangements and also right to manage claims.
I am also experienced in applications to the First-tier Property Tribunal where terms cannot be agreed, county court applications in missing landlord claims and all other aspects of leasehold reform work.
I pride myself on ensuring that I keep my clients updated throughout their matters so that they are fully aware of what stage the transaction is at, which enables me to be as efficient as possible and in turn equates to a happy client.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, watching football and I am also a qualified yoga teacher.
