Overall good conveyancing service. There were a few issues whereby I had to contact the estate agents when the buyers solicitors were not responding. Nonetheless, there was always someone on the other end of the phone. Any queries I had were answered promptly and the actual process was quite smooth. RB added to the overall customer service as she was very polite and prompt throughout her communications. Satisfied customers!

Honestly, I don't know what to think about their service when it comes to house conveyancing. They have got my case for around two weeks now and since then I am completely unable to get an update on it. The only thing I have been told was that my papers are sitting on Peter's desk. I can't contact Peter directly nor get any information about when my case will be conducted. The seller's estate agent also contacted them multiple times without result. I came to them based on good reviews I saw here, but now I feel completely left out. It feels like they are not interested enough in solving my paperwork. Edit 19/12/2018 In the end my purchase has been completed in around 3 months time. However, the process has been made unnecessarily stressful as I never knew what is going on and how far we are from exchange until very late. If you could improve the following it would be a 5 star experience: COMMUNICATION 1. Provide approximate timeframe and steps of buying home process 2. Be more visible - be clear about what step the case is in 3. Introduction - start with an initial 3 minutes call to introduce yourself when taking case. It was very late into the process when Peter called me the first time

Faultless. Phones answered in person within a few seconds. Emails responded to promptly, generally within an hour or so and always within 24 hours. Unflappable when I was panicking!
