  • Abeda, Duncan and Subarna provided an exceptional service throughout our conveyancing process. Abeda was helpful and responsive, going the extra mile to complete the transaction as quickly as possible. We were fully informed of what was happening at every stage, and felt listened to and engaged with at all times. I cannot recommend the team enough and will be suggesting them to all family and friends.

  • This was our 1st property purchase and we had pre-conceived notions when it came to solicitors as we were told they can drag their heels, be poor with communication, and can often charge you for every little thing. We found MW Solicitors to be a pleasant surprise. Loren was our solicitor and she was always clear and concise but we mostly communicated with Lisa Lucas who was part of her team. I found Lisa to be very professional and efficient. She always responded to emails promptly, answered any questions we had the best she could (even our silly questions), and she was always on the other end of the phone when we needed her to be. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and we always felt like she was acting in our best interests. Though the final invoice was slightly higher than we had anticipated, we had some trouble with the seller we were buying from towards the end, and this resulted in Lisa having to do quite a bit of extra work to get us to completion. For this reason, we didn’t mind paying the extra. (Also, I think the extra charges were because MW Solicitors had to act on behalf of our lender. A cost that I don’t think should have to fall on us but I guess that’s the way it goes.) All in all, I’d recommend MW Solicitors and especially Lisa to anyone buying a property. They’re a joy to work with and we’re looking forward to life in our new home!

  • Duncan Hall was recommended by an relative. He is the best solicitor I have known so far. He is excellent at his legal profession and extra patient towards to my case. I have also dealt with a number of members of staff from MW Solicitors Ltd who were really helpful and efficient. I would recommend Duncan Hall and the firm.

  • As first-time buyers facing the horrors of flat purchasing, my fiancee and I were understandably worried about how the process would work out. But MW Solicitors did a fantastic job of not only reassuring us throughout our bumpy 6-month journey, but were extremely fair, responsive and kind, going above and beyond all expectations, at times even working and replying outside of regular office hours. Subarna, Duncan and Abeda were fantastic and we couldn't have braved the whole process without them. I have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending their fantastic work to other people.

MW Offices Re-opened

After the temporary closures of our offices, we are happy to announce that some of our offices are now open.

The following offices are now open:

We ask that walk-in visits be limited to dropping off documents and signing paperwork only.

Meetings: Should you require a meeting with a member of our team, you must book with them in advance of your visit. Only pre-booked appointments will be accepted.

Please note the following for your protection:

  • We respectfully ask that you wear a face covering on the premises. Our personnel will also wear face coverings. Gloves are available if chosen to be worn.
  • Please do not attend the offices if you have displayed any symptoms of COVID-19.
  • We have enforced a 1 person limit on visits to the office. 2 people will be granted entry if necessary.
  • Only 2 clients will be permitted into the reception area at any one time. This may cause a short wait outside of the door. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 
  • Please note that our reception furniture has been reduced and the layout of the room changed. This is to ensure we can adhere to the social distancing rules in place.
  • We respectfully ask that you adhere to the social distancing rules in place as well as use the signage, markings and sanitiser provided. 
  • The person meeting you will guide you through the process to ensure that you, and they, are safe.
  • We are unfortunately unable to offer refreshments or the use of toilets at this time. 
  • Please respect other visitors/staff on entry and exit by maintaining your distance.
  • We ask that you exit the area yourself. Personnel will not hold the door for you to ensure social distancing is abode by.
