Nicola is a children law specialist, acting for children, parents and family members in care and complex children cases. She is an accomplished trial advocate.
She advices and provides training on legal aid issues and is the firm wide point of contract for the LAA, dealing with overseeing our contracts with them. She was made Jordan’s Family Law Partner of the year in 2015, and has a particular emphasis on the training and development of young family layers.
She is an Honorary Lifetime Vice President of the Association of Lawyers for Children, and an active member of their Executive committee.
A commentator on Legal aid issues and a Member of Resolution’s Legal aid Committee. She is a member of the Steering Group for the Pan London FDAC.
Nicola had been a Partner and Division Head of Family & Children Law at MW Solicitors for 14 years before the merger with Taylor Rose and has specialised in family law for over 24 year.
